Since opening its first location on Locust Street in 2003, ChaChi's Mexican Restaurant has been proudly serving Las Cruces with authentic New Mexican and Mexican favorites in a warm, family atmosphere.
The idea for ChaChi's was brought to life by Gabe, affectionately known as "ChaChi," with the help of his brother Lou, sister Lorraine, and cousin Ray. Together, they built a restaurant rooted in family, hard work, and a passion for great food.
As the ChaChi's family grew, so did the restaurant. The Doña Ana location opened in 2013, followed by the Downtown Las Cruces location, bringing the same homemade flavors and welcoming hospitality to even more of the community.
Today, ChaChi's remains family owned and operated, proudly serving the recipes, traditions, and friendly service that have made it a Las Cruces favorite for over 20 years.
